Nikita was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in November 2024. Before joining the Hugill & Ip family in mid-2024 as a paralegal (pending admission), Nikita received extensive training in the field of family practice throughout her traineeship at a leading full-service law firm in Hong Kong.

In 2020, Nikita graduated with First-Class Honours in Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the City University of Hong Kong, followed by a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL), where she was awarded the Mr. Iu Ting Kwok Prize. Prior to her traineeship, she pursued a Master of Laws in Medical Law and Ethics (LLM(MEL)) at the University of Hong Kong in 2022. During her studies, Nikita served as the chief editor of the CityU Law Review and exchanged at the law faculties of Oxford University and Monash University.
