Alfred Ip conducts a training session for Social Workers about Estate Planning tools for the protection of children at Mother’s Choice head office. He highlights the importance of making a Will and explains the probate process in Hong Kong, as well as enhancing the impact of appointing permanent and temporary guardians in the eventuality that one or both parents might be unable to take care of their children.
The event is part of the #ProtectYourChildren campaign. From 9 November – World Adoption Day – to 6 December 2020 Hugill & Ip Solicitors celebrates Adoption Awareness Month. We wish to spread awareness about issues related to the protection of minors and to raise funds to benefit the children without families and pregnant teenagers in Hong Kong.

葉煥信早前在「母親的抉擇」總部為社工提供有關保護兒童的遺產規劃方案的培訓課程。他强調訂立遺囑的重要性，並解釋香港的遺囑認證程序，以及在父母可能無法照顧子女的情況下，任命永久和臨時監護人的重要性。
此課程是宣傳#ProtectYourChildren活動的一部分。高葉律師行會由11月9日（世界領養日）至2020年12月6日慶祝世界領養月。我們希望提高大眾對保護未成年人的認識和意外懷孕的少女。
